- Prequalify
Thompson Thrift requires all subcontractors to prequalify before bidding. Prequalifying protects your efforts as much as it does ours. We desire to partner with only the leading businesses on each scope of work for every project. If you are a subcontractor or supplier, please review our required prequalification documentation on iSqFt by clicking here. - Bid
Once you've completed the prequalification step and are on our bidder's list, we will notify you well in advance through invitations and transmittals for upcoming projects within your service area through iSqFt. As we receive drawings and updates, we will send requests with the exact information needed during the preconstruction phase. - Award
Once awarded a contract, your company will redirect to the Thompson Thrift Construction team. Our goal is to place competent partners on every project, which helps to ensure everyone stays on schedule and budget.
