Backyard Taco - 60 & Signal Butte - Mesa, AZ

Backyard Taco began with co-owners Ruben and Maricela Alvarez grilling Carne Asada in their backyard and sharing their love for good food and culture with their friends and neighbors. Today, Backyard Taco has grown into multiple brick-and-mortar locations serving authentic Mexican food made with the best quality ingredients.

Backyard Taco will join several other national and regional concepts, such as Black Rock Coffee and Whataburger. Thompson Thrift is in discussions with several additional retailers and restaurants for the project, which will commence construction in November.
