Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) is excited to announce the highly anticipated addition of Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers to the Sonoran Creek Marketplace project, located at the southwest corner of John Wayne Parkway and Edison Road in Maricopa, Arizona.
Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers was recently ranked as one of the best burgers in the State of Arizona! Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers is also your neighborhood burger joint, and they keep it simple by offering exactly what the name says: cold beers and cheeseburgers!
The menu features only fresh ingredients, making their cheeseburger a superb work of art.
In addition to the delicious burgers, they have an expansive beer menu consisting of over 150 choices, on draught, bottled, or canned.

Buildout of the restaurant is expected to begin in the 3rd quarter of this year.
