Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) recently closed on the sale of 2.04 acres to Read King, Inc., who plans to construct a freestanding Everbrook Academy within TTRG’s Reunion Station project, located on the NEC of Chambers Road and E. 104th Avenue, in Commerce City, CO.
“We are excited to close escrow on the sale of this parcel within our Reunion Station development in Commerce City, CO.” stated Christopher Hake, TTRG Senior Vice President and Director of the Southwest Region. “This parcel is one of our last undeveloped parcels within the project and Everbook Academy will join many other national and regional retailers within the development.”
