Extra Space Storage - 101 & Northern - Glendale, AZ

Extra Space Storage will join Slim Chickens, QuikTrip, Black Rock Coffee, Whataburger, and Cobblestone Car Wash within the commercial portion of the project. In addition, Thompson Thrift plans to welcome a 122-room hotel to the development in early 2023. Late last year, Thompson Thrift sold approximately 10 acres of land within the project to St. Louis, MO-based Ridgehouse Capital, who plans to build approximately 300 market-rate multifamily units on the southern half of the property.
