In 2013, Chef Y. Choi had a vision of bringing the highest quality authentic Japanese cuisine coupled with affordable pricing to the Arizona desert. Both chef and creator, above all else, an artisan of living and eating well, Harumi’s dishes are comprised of living and breathing expressions of Japanese tradition with modernity and are known for their use of forbidden rice and their daily shipments of non-frozen, fresh, wild-caught fish from different parts of the world.

Harumi Sushi & Sake has been consistently voted #1 for authentic Japanese cuisine in the State of Arizona as well as the Metro Phoenix area. Harumi Sushi & Sake is looking forward to joining the community of Peoria, AZ, and has plans to open by May of 2021.
