Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) is excited to announce that Love Boat Ice Cream will be joining the tenant line-up at Cape Coral Commons in Cape Coral, Florida. Love Boat Ice Cream will occupy a 2,800sqft space on the project's northside facing Del Prado Boulevard.
Love Boat Ice Cream has been in Southwest Florida for over 50 years serving premium homemade ice cream. Love Boat Ice Cream offers 65+ flavors of the creamiest ice cream, sugar/fat-free selections, sorbets, and more!
TTRG would like to thank Dannielle Robinson of Colliers International (representing the Landlord) and Rob Fowler of Fowler Construction and Development (representing the Tenant).
Love Boat Ice Cream is expected to open in the summer/fall of 2022.
