Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) is excited to announce two new tenants to the company's Sonoran Creek Marketplace project in Maricopa, AZ. NextCare Urgent Care and Thai Chili will join the project in a new, two-tenant building within the development, expected to commence construction in early 2022.
The two will join Sprouts Farmers Market, Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, The Joint, State Farm Insurance, Wynn Nails & Hair, Filiberto's, Jimmy Johns, MOD Pizza, and ATI Physical Therapy.
TTRG would like to thank Ed Beeh and Robbie Petty of SRS Real Estate Partners, who represented NextCare Urgent Care, and David Jarand at Avison Young, who represented Thai Chili. We would also like to thank our landlord leasing team Cameron Warren and Nick DeDona of Phoenix Commercial Advisors. Only one uncommitted space remains at Sonoran Creek Marketplace.
