Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) is excited to announce Slim Chickens will be joining the company's mixed-use development located at the SWC of Loop 101 and Northern Avenue in Glendale, AZ.
Slim Chickens will take the last frontage PAD and join QuikTrip, Black Rock Coffee, Whataburger and Cobblestone Car Wash within the commercial portion of the project. In addition, the development will feature a multifamily component on the southern half of the development and is expected to also feature a hotel and self-storage facility to complete the project. Construction on the master infrastructure is expected to begin in June, with the first users within the project opening in early 2023.
