Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) has commenced construction on a multi-tenanted PAD building within the Sonoran Creek Marketplace project, located at the southwest corner of John Wayne Parkway and Edison Road, in Maricopa, Arizona.
Sonoran Creek Marketplace is a Sprouts Farmers Market anchored center with several national, regional, and local tenants. The PAD building is 86% pre-leased and will include MOD Pizza, Filiberto’s, Jimmy John’s and ATI Physical Therapy. The building also has a 1,279 square foot inline space available for lease.
