Thompson Thrift sold Sonoran Creek Marketplace in Maricopa, AZ earlier this spring. The 75,000 square foot, Sprouts-anchored shopping center opened Phase I of the project in August 2021.
Thompson Thrift continues to manage the construction of Phase II of the shopping center, which will feature Marshall’s, NextCare Urgent Care and Thai Chili. Construction of Phase II is currently on schedule and is expected to be completed in the 3Q of this year with users opening in late 2022.
