Kevin is a Real Estate Intern working in retail leasing and financial analysis and plans to graduate in May of 2022 from Indiana University with a triple major in Finance, Accounting, and Real Estate. One fun fact about Kevin is that he sells Christmas trees in the Winter, making it his favorite season. Kevin enjoys his role at TT because he can see that his team cares and contributes to his professional and personal self-development.

Evan is a rising senior at Wabash College, graduating in May 2022, majoring in Economics and minoring in Business. As a Real Estate Research Intern, Evan specializes in luxury leased homes, where he analyzes market data from specific submarkets. One fun fact about Evan is that he broke the Indiana record for the largest largemouth bass catch of the year in 2008. What he loves most about his role at TT is working in a team environment and seeing, firsthand, the positive impact his team members make.

Ray is an Office Intern, where he assists in the project management sector of TTC. He attends Purdue University and is on track to graduate in May 2023 with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management. He is also a soldier in the U.S. Army Reserves and is proud to represent our country. Ray loves working at TT because of the collaboration, and effective communication team members use to solve problems.

Jacob is a Construction Intern, where he ensures that projects are carried out as planned by working to solve issues with construction drawings and schedules. Jacob will be a senior this fall studying Construction Management at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. One fun fact about him is that he was born with crooked pinkies. Jacob enjoys his role at TT because it has allowed him to observe and learn more about every step of the construction process.

Jordan is a Digital Marketing Intern, where she helps to drive growth and engagement on our social media platforms and website. She plans to graduate from Indiana University in May 2022 with majors in Marketing, Business Analytics, and Digital and Social Media Business Applications. One fun fact about Jordan is that she has a 4-year-old beagle dachshund mix named Lily. Jordan's favorite part about working at TT is the collaborative work environment and inclusive culture that team members continue to establish every day.

Justin is a Development Intern, where he is focused on gathering research for potential markets in the Western half of the United States. Justin is planning on graduating this August from Butler University with a major in Finance. One fun fact about him is that he played college baseball at Butler. What Justin loves most about his role at TT is being able to explore and learn about markets he has never visited before.

Scott is a Human Resources Intern, where he helps design and integrate content for leadership competency training programs. Scott graduated from Indiana University in 2020 and currently attends the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, pursuing his master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. A fun fact about Scott is that he can solve a Rubik's cube in 30 seconds. His favorite thing about his role at TT is working with the training and leadership development team to help create an effective training product for continued employee development.

Lauren is a Property Maintenance Intern, focusing on increasing revenue at our Watermark Residential properties and positively impacting our residents. Lauren plans to graduate from Ball State University in May 2022 with a major in Urban Planning and a minor in Real Estate Development. One fun fact about Lauren is that she loves playing doubles tennis tournaments with her dad. Lauren loves her role at TT because she can see, firsthand, how team members genuinely care about the products they are providing to different communities.

AJ is a Field Intern in Colorado, where he assists in inspections, material deliveries, daily reports, and staffing projections. AJ attends Colorado State University, where he will be graduating in December 2021 with a major in Construction Management and a minor in Global Environmental Sustainability. One fun fact about AJ is that he loves the outdoors. His favorite activities include swimming, rock climbing, kayaking, and hiking. AJ loves being a team member at TT because he enjoys getting hands-on experience in the field.

Cole is an Accounting Intern, where he helps prepare monthly financial statements for Watermark Residential's properties. Cole plans to graduate from Indiana State University in May 2023 with a bachelor's degree in Accounting. One fun fact about Cole is that he is a baseball coach at Plainfield High School. Cole's favorite part about his role at TT is how positive and welcoming his team members have been since the very first day he started.

Jared is an Office Intern, where he communicates effectively with subcontractors and manages construction schedules. Jared currently attends Indiana State University and plans to graduate in May 2022 with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management. In his free time, Jared enjoys playing golf and going to concerts with his friends and family. Jared loves his role at TT because he gets the hands-on experience of seeing a project advance from start to finish.

Jesse is a Field Intern, where he assists in the construction process, such as preparing job sites for development and keeping the job sites neat. Jesse plans on graduating from Indiana State University in May 2022 with a major in Construction Management. One fun fact about Jesse is that every car he has ever driven has been a stick shift. Jesse loves his role at TT because it allows him to be present on the job site to experience, firsthand, all that goes into the construction process.

Joshua is an Office Intern where he works directly with project managers and engineers to coordinate aspects of the construction process. Joshua recently graduated from Indiana State University in May 2021, where he double majored in Architectural Engineering and Construction Management. One fun fact about Joshua is that he spent a lot of time during college traveling around the U.S. helping with disaster relief. Joshua's favorite thing about his role at TT is seeing how well team members work together and knowing that every day in the office will bring different experiences.

Cassie is a Human Resources Intern, where she is responsible for coordinating new hire onboarding processes. Cassie currently attends Indiana State University and plans to graduate in December 2022 with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Human Capital Management. One fun fact about Cassie is that she has a cat named Pixie, who she loves to spoil. Cassie's favorite thing about her role at TT is welcoming new team members on their first day.

Connor is an Office Intern where he connects his team to suppliers and subcontractors to help advance projects. Connor plans to graduate from Purdue University in May 2022 with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management Technology. When not at work, Connor enjoys going fishing and golfing with his friends and family. Connor loves his role at TT because he can see that he is gaining valuable experience that he will use in his future career.

Sean is a Development Intern, where he focuses on the entitlement process to get an area ready for construction in the Midwest region. Sean plans to graduate from the University of Kentucky in May 2022 with a major in Economics. One fun fact about Sean is that he is an Eagle Scout, which he worked towards for around ten years. Sean's favorite thing about working at Thompson Thrift is the positive collaboration that he experiences with team members when working to accomplish common goals.

Claire is a Property Management Intern, where she gains experience working on-site directly with residents at our Watermark Residential locations. Claire attends Arizona State University and is planning to graduate in May 2024. When not at work, Claire loves to hit the slopes and go skiing. Claire loves her role at TT because it introduces her to new people every day on the job.

David is a Development Intern, where he performs takeoffs and works with various subcontractors to receive bids for projects in the Western Region. David currently attends Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) and plans to graduate in May 2022 with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management. One fun fact about David is that he also works at the Indianapolis Zoo as a Park Operations employee, where he prepares the park for events and maintains cleanliness. David enjoys his role at TT because team members create an accepting and engaging atmosphere.

Sami is a Property Management Intern. He gets the opportunity to experience and learn about the day-to-day operations at some of our residential properties in Colorado and Arizona. Sami recently graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Economics, and he plans to attend the University of Colorado Boulder to obtain a master's degree in Finance. In his free time, Sami loves to ski and golf. Sami's favorite thing about working at Thompson Thrift is seeing how quickly the company is growing and developing.

Paul is a Field Intern in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Paul gets the opportunity to work hands-on with the construction team to complete material inventories, site progression photos, and conduct safety audits. Paul attends Indiana State University and plans to graduate in May 2023 with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management. When not in the office, you can find Paul on the golf course with his friends and family. Paul's favorite thing about working at Thompson Thrift is getting to learn from some of his excellent team members.

Jake is a Real Estate Research Intern. Jake collects and analyzes data on market conditions and trends, competitors, and residential demographics. Jake plans on graduating in May 2023 from Indiana University with a double major in Real Estate and Finance. One fun fact about Jake is that he has been to Disney World 9 times. In his role, Jake loves diving deeper into current and potential markets and collaborating with team members about his findings.

Chris is a Safety Management Intern, where he performs weekly safety audits, job-site inspections, and safety program reviews. Chris plans to graduate from Indiana State University in May 2022 with a bachelor's degree in Safety Management. Chris loves spending his free time on the golf course and exploring the outdoors. Chris loves his role at TT because it provides him with the opportunity to travel to different properties and learn from very knowledgeable team members.

Orian is a Project Estimator Intern, where she plans and prepares takeoffs and evaluates upcoming project costs. Orian attends Indiana State University and will be graduating in May 2022 with a major in Construction Management. One fun fact about Orian is that she was the first female to play football at Terre Haute South Vigo High School and the first female to kick a game-winning field goal. Orian's favorite thing about her role at TT is working in a team environment to solve problems that help a project move forward.

Jake is a Property Management Intern in Kansas City, where he executes marketing tasks and facilitates tours and move-ins. Jake is planning on graduating from Regis University in May 2022 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. In his free time, Jake enjoys skiing, sports, and outdoor activities. Jake's favorite thing about his role at TT is meeting potential residents when giving tours.

Alex is a Field Intern in Arizona, where he manages daily field operations, meeting schedules, and cost and quality inspections. Alex is currently a senior at Colorado State University and plans to graduate in December 2021 with a major in Construction Management and a minor in Business Real Estate. One fun fact about Alex is that he is a distant relative of Milton Hershey. Alex loves that his role gives him the ability to connect and learn from various experienced team members and subcontractors.

Natalie is a Graphic Design Intern, where she helps create layouts, templates, and graphics needed for digital and print formats. Natalie just recently graduated from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College in May 2021 with a major in Graphic Design. One fun fact about Natalie is that she played the cello for 8 years. Natalie's favorite thing about her role at TT is the gratification of seeing her work displayed in public.

Nate is a Watermark Intern, where he helps to find the best prospective areas for future residential properties. Nate currently attends Indiana Wesleyan University and is planning to graduate in May 2024 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. One fun fact about Nate is that he is very interested in different types of cars. In his role, Nate loves learning more about the real estate industry and helping his team members in any way that he can.

John is a Field Intern in Colorado, where he helps with weekly projection, site safety, and inspection reports. John currently attends Colorado State University and plans to graduate in 2021 with a major in Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration. When not at work, John loves to ski in the Colorado mountains. In his role, John enjoys the sense of pride, ownership, and teamwork involved with every project.

Jessica is a Policies and Compliance Intern, where she is kickstarting a program that will streamline and automate business processes to increase efficiency and cross-department connectivity. Jessica recently graduated from Indiana University in May 2021 with a triple major in Real Estate, Finance, and Pre-Law. One fun fact about Jessica is that she swam cage-free with bull sharks off the coast of Florida last month. Jessica's favorite thing about working at TT is the exciting work environment that her team members create.

Mitchell is a Field Intern at our Arizona properties, where he works closely with subcontractors and team members to help make a positive impact. Mitchell plans to graduate from Colorado State University in December 2021 with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management. One fun fact about Mitchell is that he won a basketball state championship in 2016. In his role, Mitchell loves working in a team environment to help advance a project.

Dylan is a Field Intern in Naples, where he helps take progress pictures, create punch lists, and track manpower counts. Dylan currently attends Purdue University and plans to graduate in May 2023 with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management. When not at work, Dylan enjoys cooking and grilling. Dylan's favorite thing about working at TT is meeting so many amazing team members and getting firsthand experience in the construction field.

Carlos is an Office Intern, where he helps with uploading site drawings and reviewing contracts. Carlos plans to graduate from the University of Houston in December 2021 with a major in Construction Management and a minor in Business Management. In his free time, Carlos loves to do woodwork and furniture repairs. Carlos' favorite thing about working at TT is the positive work atmosphere and his team members.

Tyler is a Field Intern in Kansas City, where he works closely with subcontractors to make sure the project stays on course. Tyler is a rising senior at Ball State University, graduating with a major in Construction Management and a minor in Business. One fun fact about Tyler is that he is a huge hockey fan. Tyler loves his role at TT because he has been challenged to complete numerous tasks this summer, and he has enjoyed seeing them through.

Chris is a Field Intern in Panama City Beach, where he completes safety audits, gathers manpower, and takes progress photos. Chris plans to graduate from Auburn University in May 2022 with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management. One fun fact about Chris is that he is on Auburn University's bass fishing team. Chris loves his role at TT because it gives him hands-on experience in the construction field.
