Thompson Thrift announced today the construction of Dayton Station by Watermark, a luxury leased home community currently underway on S. Dallas Way, in Aurora, Colorado.
This maintenance-free community will feature 63 high-end townhomes, including spacious three and four-bedroom floor plans with balconies off both the living and bedroom levels. The townhomes include deluxe features, such as quartz countertops, tile backsplashes, and wood-like vinyl flooring.
“Dayton Station is the first of many projects we are working on in Metro Denver designed as purpose-built single-family rentals.” Stated Jose Kreutz, Managing Partner, Thompson Thrift Mixed-Use Development.
“We chose this location because of its walkability to the highly coveted Cherry Creek High School, dog parks, retail, Cherry Creek Reservoir, and the RTD light rail station. In addition, this new way of ‘for lease’ living offers privacy, security, and has no restrictions on pets.”
Dayton Station will welcome its first residents in Q2 of 2020. For more information about Dayton Station, and to join the VIP contact list, visit: www.daytonstationliving.com.
