Thompson Thrift Closes on the Sale of a 100% Leased Multitenant Building Within Cadence at Gateway in Mesa, AZ

The multitenant building was leased to national and local retailers, including NextCare Urgent Care, Athletico Physical Therapy, and Cork Crush Wine & Beer House. Cadence at Gateway is a master-planned community with 1,510 single-family homes and 400 multifamily units, ideally situated in the heart of the vibrant East Valley Gateway Corridor and adjacent to EastMark.
