Thompson Thrift has announced the sale of a 3.6-acre parcel within the Cortaro Ranch development located at the NEQ of I-10 and Cortaro Farms Blvd in Marana, AZ (Tucson MSA). This parcel will house a new, state-of-the-art Mazda Automotive Dealership.
Mazda will join many retailers in the Cortaro Ranch development, including Carondelet Micro-Hospital, Life Storage, Dutch Bros. Coffee, Serial Grillers, Arby’s ATI Physical Therapy, iTouch Salon, Radiology Ltd., and Great Clips.
