Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) recently closed on Phase 2 of their Springdale Pointe project located at the SEC of Princeton Pike and Kemper Road in Springdale, Ohio (Cincinnati DMA).
TTRG developed Phase 1 of the project in late 2011 which included a freestanding Skyline Chili restaurant and a new multi-tenant building leased to Aspen Dental, Verizon Wireless and Vitamin Shoppe. Phase II of the project is a redevelopment of a former Ponderosa restaurant that vacated the property at the end of 2018.
TTRG and their leasing brokers, Kristine Davidson and Scott Saddlemire of OnSite Retail Group worked with Bank of America (BOA) and their tenant representation team of Eric Abroms and Jeff Smith of OnSite Retail Group to come to terms on a lease for the former restaurant property. The bank intends to build a 4,300 square foot branch on the site and construction is set to begin immediately.
Chris Hake, Senior Vice President and Director for TTRG stated, “We couldn’t be more excited to welcome BOA to our Springdale Pointe project. Adding another national retailer such as BOA to the project continues to demonstrate the strength of this project and overall Springdale market.”
