Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) recently closed on the sale of a freestanding Dutch Bros. Coffee located off Willow Creek Road in Prescott, AZ. The site was originally developed in 2018 and was the first build-to-suit project between TTRG and Dutch Bros. Coffee.
