Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) recently closed on
the land for Marketplace at Ellis Crossing, located at the northeast corner of
Ellis Road and Watchhorn Street in Durham, North Carolina. Located just 5 miles
from Downtown Durham and twenty miles from Downtown Raleigh, this development
is ideally situated between two of the fastest-growing cities in North
Carolina.
Publix Super Markets will anchor this mixed-use development, and other confirmed tenants include Chipotle, Heartland Dental, Lee Nails, and a convenience store.
