Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG), and our partners at Lee & Associates, are excited to announce the addition of Publix Super Markets to Marketplace at Ellis Crossing in Durham, North Carolina.
Publix is the largest and fastest-growing employee-owned supermarket chain in the United States. Marketplace at Ellis Crossing is a mixed-use development ideally situated between downtown Durham and downtown Raleigh. TTRG anticipates closing on the property and commencing construction later this year.
