Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) Announces the sale of Single Tenant Sherwin Williams, in Peoria, AZ

Located just south of the southeast corner of Lake Pleasant and Happy Valley Roads in Peoria, Arizona, Sunrise Promenade is home to more than 70,000 square feet of retail space, anchored by one of the first ALDI grocery stores to open in Metro Phoenix. Other tenants who are located in Sunrise Promenade include Black Rock Coffee, YogaSix, Stretch Labs, Mac Media, Wow Wow Hawaiian Lemonade, Harumi Sushi, Jabz Boxing and Twisted Sugar. In addition to the commercial portion of this project, TTRG’s sister company, Watermark Residential, is on the process of completing Grandstone At Sunrise, a luxury residential community which will feature one, two and three-bedroom leased homes within the development.
