Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) recently closed on the sale of its final outlot within a PAD farm the company owned in Lorain, Ohio. The outlot is located on the eastern quadrant of Leavitt and Tower Roads.
The outlot was sold to Cincinnati-based Compton Addy, who intends to develop an urgent care on the site. The urgent care will join a convenience store and car wash which are already operating within the project.
