Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) recently completed the sale of a freestanding Bank of America in Springdale, Ohio

The Bank of America was part of a larger development, Springdale Pointe, which includes Verizon, Vitamin Shoppe, Aspen Dental and Skyline Chili. The project was developed in partnership between TTRG and Cassinelli Family Trust.

To date, TTRG has developed five Bank of America locations as the financial institution continued to expand throughout Ohio.
