Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) Sells 3.5-Acre PAD in Mesa, AZ

Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) announced the sale of a 3.5-acre PAD located at the NWC of US 60 and Signal Butte in Mesa, Arizona. The PAD was sold to Barclay Development, who will utilize the property to develop a freestanding EOS Fitness. EOS Fitness provides a wide variety of amenities for members to take their fitness experience to the next level.
The property is part of a 15-acre master-planned development strategically located in the heart of Mesa. TTRG is currently under construction on all master infrastructure for the project, a freestanding Black Rock Coffee and a multi-tenant building, which will be anchored by First Watch, Men’s Ultimate Grooming and Cycle Bar. In addition, several other national and regional concepts have committed to the development, including Backyard Taco, Whataburger and Raising Canes.
