Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) recently sold a freestanding Bank of America located off Main Street in Columbus, Ohio. TTRG commenced construction on the property in late 2020 and Bank of America opened in mid-2021.
Bank of America is one of the world’s leading financial institutions, serving individual consumers, small and middle-market businesses and large corporations with a full range of banking, investing, asset management and other financial and risk management products and services.
To date, TTRG has developed five Bank of America locations as the financial institution continued to expand throughout Ohio.
