Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) Sells Multi-Tenant Building and Future PAD within Reunion Station Development

Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) recently completed the sale of a fully leased, 8,400 square foot multi-tenant building and future building PAD within the company’s Reunion Station development, located at the NEC of 104th and Chambers in Commerce City, CO. The multi-tenant building was leased to Ent Credit Union, G’s Taco’s, Wing Stop and Jersey Mike’s. The additional building PAD is able to accommodate up to 5,000 square feet of additional retail space.
Dylan Mallory of Hanley Investment Group represented TTRG, and Forrest Newhall of Burke Investment Company represented the Buyer. Reunion Station features a blend of national and regional users, including Sherwin Williams, Panda Express, Wendy’s, Dutch Bros. Coffee, and Brake Masters.
