Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) Sells Outlot in Glendale, Arizona

The parcel is part of a larger mixed-use development owned by Thompson Thrift, just off the Loop 101 freeway. It was announced last month that Slim Chickens would take the last frontage PAD within the commercial portion of the project. The development will feature a multifamily component on the southern half of the development and is expected to also feature a hotel and self-storage facility to complete the project.
