Thompson Thrift announced today the sale of a 30,000 SF PAD located at the northeast corner of 116th and Shea in Scottdale, Arizona. The buyer intends to develop a freestanding Jimmy John's.
Jimmy John's will be joining Mountainside Fitness, Black Rock Coffee, BMO Harris Bank, Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, and Rosati’s Pizza located within the project.
