Thompson Thrift has announced the sale of a freestanding Black Rock Coffee, freestanding Whataburger, and a multi-tenant building anchored by First Watch, Cycle Bar and Men’s Ultimate Grooming at Mountain Visa Marketplace, which is located at the northwest quadrant of US 60 & Signal Butte Road in Mesa, Arizona.
The properties are part of a larger 15-acre, mixed use development that the company commenced construction on in the first half of 2021. When fully built out, the development will comprise more than 95,000 square feet of retail and other commercial space set among a series of freestanding and multi-tenant buildings. In addition to the aforementioned users, the development will also feature EOS Fitness, Raising Canes, Backyard Taco and a soon to be announced hotel.
Mountain Vista Marketplace is the 30+ project for the Thompson Thrift commercial team in the Southwest since opening a Phoenix office in 2016.
Thompson Thrift would like to thank multiple listing brokers on the various parcels including Danny Gardiner (Phoenix Commercial Advisors), Chris Hollenbeck (Cushman & Wakefield) and Tim Westfall (Echo West Capital Advisors). We would also like to thank Bob Young of CBRE who represented the Buyer.
