Thompson Thrift Retail Group Announces New Development in Fishers, IN

Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) announced today the development of The Station, an office building located on 116th Street, just east of I-69 in Fishers, Indiana. The Station will be a 60,000SF class A office building located along 116th Street directly east of the Fishers District. The new office space will is divisible into sizes as low as 2,500SF.
“Divisible class A office space was a logical next step for the area,” stated Eric Wojak, Development Director, TTRG. “With the quality dining concepts, walkable amenities, and retail options that will be at Fishers District, as well as the proximity of the building to the interstate, we thought the office would be well received. You see this trend a lot now, work-live-play.”

In addition to being adjacent to Fishers District to the west and the existing Kroger shopping center to the east, The Station will be part of an overall project that includes another 150-room hotel developed by Dunn Hospitality (developers of the dual-concept Hyatt Place and Hyatt House at Fishers District), a future retail pad that sits along 116th Street, as well as 37 three-story townhomes that will be developed by Pulte Homes.
