Thompson Thrift Retail Group Announces the Sale of Land in Commerce City, CO

Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) announced today the sale of a PAD site located within the 15-acre Reunion Station development located at the northeast corner of 104th Avenue and Chambers Road in Commerce City, Colorado.
4,500 SF Sherwin Williams to Join Line-Up at Reunion Station
The PAD will be the future home of a 4,500 SF Sherwin Williams, a global leader in the development, manufacturing, and sale of wall coatings and related products.

Reunion Station also includes popular retailers and businesses: ENT Credit Union, Statehouse restaurant, G’s Tacos, Wendy’s, Dutch Brothers Coffee, The Lil Pub, and others.
