Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) announced today the disposition of a freestanding Dutch Bros. Coffee build-to-suit in Commerce City, Colorado. Located within Reunion Station, the build-to-suit is part of a larger 15-acre retail development which also features retailers such as Sherwin Williams, Panda Express, Wendy’s, State House 38 restaurant, ENT Credit Union and Fox Wash Carwash.
This is the 4th build-to-suit Thompson Thrift Retail Group has completed for Dutch Bros. Coffee. Chris Hollenbeck of Cushman & Wakefield represented TTRG in the disposition of this asset.
