TTRG Commences Construction on Multi-Tenant Building within Cortaro Ranch Development

Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) recently commenced construction on a 8,446 SF multi-tenant building located within the companies Cortaro Ranch development, located at the NEC of I-10 and Cortaro Farms Road in Marana, AZ.
Anchoring the multi-tenant building will be Filiberto’s Mexican restaurant, Great Clips and TND Orthodontics with an additional 3,000 SF available for lease on the building’s eastern endcap. These tenants will join several other users already located within the development including Carondelet Micro Hospital, IHOP, Dutch Bros. Serial Grillers, Arby’s, I Touch Day Spa and ATI Physical Therapy.
One additional frontage PAD and one, 3-acre interstate PAD remain available.
