TTRG Completes Sale of MTB in Marana, AZ (Tucson)

Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) recently completed the sale of a multi-tenant small shop building within the company’s Cortaro Ranch development located at the Northeast Quadrant of I-10 and Cortaro Farms Blvd. in the Town of Marana, AZ (Tucson MSA).

The property consisted of a new 10,000 small shop building on the 1.99-acre parcel, home to Arby’s, ATI Physical Therapy, Serial Grillers restaurant, and I-Touch Day Spa.
